We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist Platform Integration to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will lead IT support initiatives for business and Temenos platform users, focusing on process integration, system optimization, and mentoring junior staff.
The role involves incident management, problem management, owning complex support cases, and driving resolution across systems and teams. You will also provide guidance and backup to junior IT support staff, liaise between business and IT teams, and align IT support with operational needs.
This is a challenging opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive individual who has experience working with corporate actions, securities transactions, and settlement processes. You will be working with core banking systems, scripting, automation, and system integration, as well as cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
