- Charter and evaluate existing processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Define and measure key indicators and metrics for up and downstream improvements.
- Align and define interfaces with different engineering groups and entities.
- Organize and accelerate cross-functional project teams for global process definition and roll out.
- Communicate and train teams on Processes and related tools.
- Collect up-to-date best practices and new methodologies applicable to in-house techniques and processes.The Impact You Will Have- Accelerate our Product Operations processes definition, implementation, and compliance.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our service and project management practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows.

- Contribute to the overall success and innovation of Synopsys by implementing best practices and new methodologies.What You'll Need- MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, economy, or other related fields.
- Demonstrable experience in formal Continuous Improvement frameworks (e.G., ITIL) and Formal Project Management (e.G., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) with relevant training and credentials.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing PPM Portfolio and Project Management tools (e.G., Clarity).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to craft actionable messaging to peers and drive process improvements.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management (or related areas).
