Job Overview:
Valuators are seeking a skilled Commercial Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new potential clients across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, finance, or SaaS, with excellent writing and communication skills. You will be comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify Private Equity and Venture Capital firms across Europe
* Monitor relevant market signals (fund closings, investments, team changes)
* Execute personalized outbound campaigns using tools like Clay and Instantly
* Conduct cold calls to initiate conversations with fund managers and stakeholders
* Schedule and prepare meetings with decision-makers
* Keep the CRM updated with clean and accurate data
* Collaborate with the Head of Sales on lead targeting and messaging
* Support early-stage deal development
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, finance, or SaaS
* Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations from scratch
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Strong interest in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or institutional investing
* Proactive, organized, and results-driven
* Fluent in Spanish and English (French or Italian is a plus)
