About the Role:
As a
Supply Chain Manager
, you will drive and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, defining and executing strategy in line with company objectives. In this hands-on leadership role, you will foster cross-functional collaboration and champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement to maintain operational excellence.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Leading, developing, and strengthening collaboration to achieve alignment of plans and priorities across all teams
Establishing and monitoring supply chain KPIs to drive performance
Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements
Overseeing warehouse operations to guarantee accurate inventory management and efficient material/product flows
Leading production planning to balance customer demand, production capacity, and raw material availability
Securing smooth, cost-effective logistics operations, from dispatch to delivery
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain resilience
About You:
This role would be suited to a pro-active team player with strong communication skills and the ability to adjust to any situation. If you are strategic, analytical, and results-oriented, this could be your perfect fit.
To be successful in this position, it is essential you:
Have experience in a similar leadership role
Hold a Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or similar
Are proficient with ERP systems and advanced Excel/analytics skills
Are fluent in English, both written and verbal
Prior experience in a regulated industry would be a plus
