Our mission is simple: bringing peace of mind to property owners in Portugal.As we grow, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Project Manager to lead our projects team and help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our daily operations.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a technical or architectural background to lead renovation projects from concept to handover.
You will be the central point between clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role suits someone who can read architectural drawings, understands building systems and construction methods, and thrives in the practical reality of renovation work.
You combine project management discipline with genuine technical understanding.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of renovation projects — from initial site assessment and design coordination through construction, finishing, and client handoverTranslate architectural plans and technical specifications into clear, actionable project schedules and budgetsCoordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and specialist trades on siteConduct regular site inspections, ensuring work meets design intent, building codes, and quality standardsProactively identify and resolve technical challenges, design conflicts, and construction risksManage project budgets, track costs, and report on financial performanceServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and honest progress updatesManage procurement of materials, fixtures, and finishes in line with project specifications and timelinesEnsure compliance with local building regulations, permits, and health & safety requirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired3–5 years of experience in project management within renovation, construction, or property developmentBackground in architecture, civil engineering or a related technical disciplineAbility to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and MEP layoutsProven track record of delivering renovation projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of building methods, materials, and finishing standardsExcellent organisational skills — able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyClear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical clientsPreferredExperience with heritage or listed building renovationsFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and energy-efficient retrofittingExperience working in a client-facing consultancy or boutique renovation firmMultilingual capabilities are a plusProficiency in project management tools (e.G., MS Project, Notion, Asana, Monday.Com, or similar)What We OfferA people-first culture that values trust, ownership, and continuous improvement.A role at the intersection of design thinking and hands-on project deliveryVaried and interesting projects — no two renovations are the sameAutonomy and ownership over your projects from start to finishA collaborative, quality-driven team that values craftsmanship and attention to detailOpportunities for professional growth as the business expands
