We are looking for
a
PMO Assistant - German speaker.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in administrative tasks.
Fluency in english.
Fluency in German (preferential).
Availability for occasional trips to Germany.
Responsabilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Scheduling important meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Dealing with and meeting area managers, such as directors.
Prepare presentations and materials for project reviews and updates.
