What will you do?
Be responsible for the full delivery of CPQ 365 implementations across all sites (more than 40 units).
Validate that each site is ready for implementation using a defined framework and readiness checklists.
Ensure that the implementation plan is aligned with organizational processes for application launches.
Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Communicate plans, schedules, and expectations clearly to non-technical audiences.
Set deadlines, track commitments, and hold teams accountable, even without direct line authority.
Prepare and maintain reports on the status of the project, identifying and escalating risks or issues that could affect quality or schedule.
Lead a two-week period of intensive support (hypercare) after the system goes live.
Ensure formal closure of the implementation through signed documentation and transfer to steady-state operations.
Track adoption and performance indicators in partnership with business process owners.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and refine the approach for upcoming sites.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing complex projects.
Ability to work in a global environment and managing multiple stakeholders and technology partners.
Experience working in sales-oriented applications and environments (quotation and ordering).
Experience using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience working with SFDC, SAP, and other similar enterprise applications (it's a plus).
English fluency.
Based in Portugal.
