What are you going to do?
* Set up the ITSM module (Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management);
* Improve business processes and manage continuous improvement projects;
* Analyze the current environment and propose automation solutions where possible;
* Manage technical documentation;
* Maintain the Service Catalog and Service Level Management;
* Coordinate upgrades and changes to the ServiceNow instance;
* Manage permissions and access controls (roles, users, groups);
* Monitor and maintain instance performance;
* Troubleshoot daily operations and system issues;
* Deploy update sets from non-production environments;
* Configure notifications and alerts;
* Create and schedule reports;
* Manage CMDB health;
* Manage access control lists and scripts (server and client scripts);
* Develop and manage standard load templates for data import;
* Resolve incidents and fulfill routine service requests;
* Provide process training to business owners.
What are we looking for?
* Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and usage;
* Hands-on experience in development, management, and deployment with ServiceNow;
* Ability to troubleshoot system issues and investigate solutions;
* Experience with ServiceNow ITSM workflows;
* Knowledge of ServiceNow delivery and ITIL best practices;
* Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – plus;
* Certification in ITSM Fundamentals – plus;
* Certification in ITIL Foundation – plus.
