Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding teams through effective Agile practices, accelerating delivery, strengthening collaboration, and improving time-to-value.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Agile methodology and has experience in facilitating Scrum processes, managing sprints, and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate Scrum processes and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles;
* Lead dailies, manage sprints, remove impediments, and ensure optimal use of Jira Cloud;
* Design, create, and refine dashboards in Jira Cloud;
* Implement continuous improvement practices through Retrospectives and Kaizens;
* Coach team members to be able to take over the role of Scrum Master once coaching is complete.

Requirements
* 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
* Expertise in Jira Cloud to manage backlogs, sprints, and track work progress;
* Deep understanding of Agile principles and values;
* Knowledge of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean;
* Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas and Agile concepts clearly;
* Advanced English level.
