About the role
We're looking for a Operations & Supply Manager - someone highly organized, hands-on, and with strong problem-solving skills.
This person will be responsible for ensuring that once production is defined, everything runs smoothly operationally: timelines are met, suppliers deliver, and stock flows correctly between factories, our team, and our logistics.
What you'll do
Daily follow-up with suppliers and factories (local & international)
Ensure production timelines and quality standards are met
Chase suppliers when needed and proactively solve operational issues
Coordinate stock receptions and logistics with the warehouse
Align production, inbound shipments, stock levels, and outbound deliveries
Work with Shopify, Excel / Google Sheets, and WMS
Maintain accurate and well-structured stock systems
Communicate risks, delays, and updates internally
Identify operational improvements as the company scales
Who we're looking for
Previous experience in purchasing, operations, or stock management
Experience in fashion or retail is highly valued
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Fluent English (written & spoken) is mandatory
Comfortable dealing with international suppliers and partners
Able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Practical, execution-driven mindset
Comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
