We're looking for a Guest Services Agent to join our growing team and act as the bridge between guests, reservations, and operations.

What You'll Do
Handle and process daily guest reservations and inquiries across direct channels (email, phone, website).
Support the Head of Sales & Reservations with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups.
Manage booking requests, availability, and content updates on PMS and OTA systems (Booking, Expedia, etc.).
Provide timely and professional pre-arrival and post-arrival communication with guests and partners.
Assist with group requests and special reservations, coordinating internally with operations.
