Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it.nnAs an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you play a key role in supporting the sales, merchandising and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. nBy building strong relationships with the partner's staff and influencing their advocacy for Apple, you'll help drive product knowledge, brand awareness, and sales success.nnThrough your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.nnIn this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

In this role, you will:nn- Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.n- Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.n- Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.n- Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.n- Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.n- Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.n- Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.n- Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.nPassion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.nCuriosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.nOutstanding customer focus.nExcellent communication skills.nAbility to educate and inspire others.nSolid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.nFluent in English and Portuguese.

High level of integrity, trust, and accountability.nStrong self motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.nEffective time management including ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks.nAmbition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable.nBackground in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
