About The Job
The EMEA Advisory Group team pitches and executes M&A transactions in several industries across EMEA. The Investment Banking Lisbon team supports teams based in Paris, London, Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan in all the origination efforts.
Your Main Activities
* Research and analysis of potential transaction opportunities
* Client presentations support (preparation of client pitching, teasers and other marketing materials related to the transaction)
* Strategic and financial analysis on sectors or companies
* Valuation models (comparable trading and transaction multiples, DCF, among others)
* Produce and maintain a database of certain standard presentation materials
* Maintain Sector Vertical Comparable
* Maintain transactions databases capturing all relevant details of recent deals
* Compile credentials by sector, country, deal type
* Prepare case studies of completed transactions
Profile and Skills to Success
* Academic Background in Finance, Management or Economics
* Fluency in English
* Financial modelling skills
* Quantitative and analytical skills
* Organizational skills
* Attention to detail, adherence to the highest quality standards
* Communication skills (oral and written)
