This role is ideal for someone with hands-on IT support experience who enjoys ownership, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.While the position isremote-friendly, ourdevice warehouse and operational base is in Lisbon, so availability to travel is essential.What you'll do Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals) Handle device onboarding/offboarding for employees across Europe Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation Coordinate shipping, returns, repairs, and replacements Work closely with local offices and vendors to ensure timely device availability Provide basic IT support (hardware, setup, access issues) Support standard IT processes and best practices across regionsWhat we're looking for Previous experience inIT support or service deskroles Strong understanding ofIT asset management Experience managing laptops and mobile devices at scale Highly organised with great attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Fluent in English(written and spoken) Willing and able totravel occasionally within EuropeNice to have Experience supporting multiple international offices French and/or Germanlanguage skills Familiarity with device lifecycle tools or asset management systemsLocation & setup Device warehouse and operational base inLisbon Hybride position Travel required as needed
