About the Role
As our ideal candidate, you will possess a deep passion for cooking, particularly Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for supervising and participating in food preparation and production, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and staff management
2. Collaborate with the Group Head Chef to develop menus and drive culinary innovation
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-maintained kitchen environment
4. Schedule and manage kitchen staff shifts, providing guidance and support as needed
5. Monitor kitchen costs and implement strategies to increase profitability
