You'll handle queries through Hub Spot, our own CMS, assist with claims, collaborate with the sales team to retain customers, and help us deliver an excellent customer experience that builds trust and prevents cancellations.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer tickets via Hub Spot, providing clear, helpful, and professional support.
Resolve customer queries, requests, and complaints quickly and effectively.
