Your Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries;
* Provide timely and empathetic support, resolving customer service issues effectively;
* Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on our customer services database;
* Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
* Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
* Fluency in French (C2 Level or Native);
* Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
* Typing Speed: 25 words per minute;
* Availability to work in rotating shifts;
* Strong computer skills;
* Previous experience or contact with clients;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Good listening and empathy skills;
* Effective time management skills;
* Collaborative team spirit and flexibility.
