What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist customers via
phone, email, chat, and social media
* Help with
orders, exchanges
, and identify
upselling opportunities
* Ensure accurate
case tracking
and timely follow-up
* Stay up-to-date with
product knowledge and internal policies
* Collaborate with your team to meet
quality KPIs
and boost
customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent Italian
– mandatory
* Strong English
skills – written and spoken
* Previous experience in
customer support
(ideally in a contact center or B2B setting)
* Ability to
multitask
, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
