Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager - IT Controls, Risk & Infrastructure Compliance will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of IT controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing and managing a high-performance workplace for our client employees.
* Offering application services to the CIOs and their IT teams to support their business.
* Acting as the first line of defense in terms of IT, security, and risk management.
* Positioning IT as a key player in reducing our carbon footprint.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in audit remediation in an IT environment.
* Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI and ServiceNOW.
* Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
* Expertise in audit, compliance, and security matters for network scope.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate with a team or independently.
* Strong project management skills.
* Proven expertise in network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, etc.
* English environment – mandatory.
