Key Responsibilities Provide legal support across the different areas of the organization; Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements for retail units in shopping centres; Provide legal support to the mall income and retail media teams; Support shopping center management teams on day-to-day legal matters; Assist the rental and collections teams; Draft, review, and manage service agreements, construction contracts, and other legal instruments relevant to the company's activities; Support matters related to real estate management and the operational activity of shopping centres; Conduct legal research and monitor applicable legislation across the business areas; Contribute to the preparation of legal opinions and the identification of legal risks. Profile Law degree; Up to 3 years of experience (law firm or in-house); Interest in Commercial, Contract, and Real Estate Law; Advanced level of English (written and spoken); Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail; Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset; Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn; Adaptability and interest in developing a business-oriented legal career.
