The Data Analyst will manage the departments inventory system, batch record process, labour tracking; grow plan tracking, oversee administrative duties, departmental shipments and verifying day to day operations with the production schedule.
Working closely with the Cultivation team to ensure on time performance, GDP compliance and interdepartmental communication.
Responsabilidade / Role and Responsabilities
Update SAGE on all Cultivation processes
Manage department inventory systems within SAGE
Assist in inventory verification counts and inventory audits
Manage batch record data entry process into systems or spreadsheets
Maintain Departments Training Needs matrix
Ensure all cultivation staff are up to date on training
Manage Labour Tracker Systems and provide Labour and Run Rate reports
Participating with Material Requirement Planning
Coordinating activities with warehouse production units and traffic flow of supplies including receipt of goods and ERP system verifications
Preparing and maintaining progress and other reports including Key Performance Indicators
Reviewing long-term forecasts to identify and mitigate possible capacity/material issues and recommending appropriate action
Maintain confidentiality and attain necessary skills/competencies
Relevant Bachelor's degree preferred (i.e. business or supply chain management)
Experience as a Scheduler, preferably in manufacturing would be considered an asset
Experience with SAGE software systems preferred
Team player within cross functional, multi-disciplined team
Strong knowledge Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented and self-directed in execution of tasks required
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
