Job Title
The primary role of this position is to develop and implement strategic management processes, lead project and product management teams, and provide expert advice.
* Strategic Planning:
* Develops, communicates, implements, and reviews strategic management processes. The successful candidate will have experience in strategic planning.
* Specialist Advice:
* Provides detailed advice on specialisms to the organisation's planning and operations. Excellent analytical skills are required for this role.
* Organisational Facilitation:
* Facilitates workgroups, supports team collaboration, and implements agreed team principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position.
* Resourcing:
* Plans and manages resource acquisition and deployment. This role requires experience in resource planning.
* Stakeholder Relationship Management:
* Identifies communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups. A high level of emotional intelligence is required for this role.
* Financial Risk Management:
* Updates and implements improvements to risk assessment and management methods. Experience in financial analysis is essential.
Requirements
* NATO Secret security clearance
* A Master's degree in a related discipline with 5 years' post-related experience
* At least 4 years' experience in managing products
* At least 2 years' experience in managing projects or services
* At least 2 years' experience in line management of product, project, or service managers
* Experience in customer engagement within large, complex organisations
