Condominium Operations Director
Job Description:
* Oversee strategic and operational management of condominium associations within mixed-use resort environments.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop regional strategies for condominium operations in line with corporate objectives.
2. Integrate residential and hospitality operations in mixed-use environments.
3. Drive service delivery excellence, preventive maintenance, and owner experience.
4. Ensure compliance with local legislation, HOA/COA bylaws, and brand standards.
5. Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure consistent service execution.
6. Align residential operations with resort services to deliver a seamless guest and owner experience.
7. Guarantee the safety, upkeep, and regulatory compliance of shared facilities.
8. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple HOAs.
9. Control expenses, oversee capital projects, and ensure reserve fund planning.
10. Monitor dues collection and non-compliance, and support audits and insurance renewals.
11. Identify and implement opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational efficiency.
12. Serve as liaison between condominium residents, Boards/Councils, and resort management.
13. Prepare and present materials for board meetings and owner communications.
14. Facilitate positive owner relations, mediate disputes, and resolve complex issues.
15. Supervise and mentor on-site property managers and staff.
16. Launch and manage regional training programs.
17. Foster cross-functional collaboration between hospitality and residential teams.
18. Partner with real estate and marketing teams to support residential pipeline planning.
19. Conduct operational audits and risk assessments.
