RVM Systems, privately owned with headquarter in Sweden, operates two brands - RVM Systems (reverse vending machines) and Anker Andersen (automatic sorting solutions / counting centre solutions). We are a long-term partner to the largest SDR (sistema depósito reembolso) markets globally providing innovative technologies in sustainable recycling.

SDR schemes are used around the world to encourage people to recycle drink containers such as bottles, cans and glass and therefore contribute to a circular economy with less littering and pollution. Our mission is to ensure that more people have access to easy, fast and effective recycling that will make the country greener, and through small incentives influence a sustainable change in the way people live.

We develop, manufacture solutions that enable the sorting and recycling of used beverage containers. Our solutions are modular and customised machines which are designed to fit the needs of small to larger shops to reduce waste and protect the environment for future generations.

Last year our machines collected 13 billion used drink containers globally, equivalent to 100 billion smartphones charged and 300 million litres of oil saved Following the established of RVM Systems Portugal branch, and the approved deposit return scheme (SDR) in Portugal, we are looking for a senior office administrator in Lisbon to help us in our journey of making a better and greener impact in people´s live.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

This is for a Senior Office Administrator at RVM Systems Portugal located in our offices in Sintra. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

* Manage the office's administrative routine
* Coordinate suppliers, contracts, and general services
* Support the Technical, Project Management, and Finance departments
* Organize schedules, meetings, and internal events
* Coordinate with external service providers
* Ensure that the office runs efficiently and is welcoming
* Support the local management team and teams in various administrative tasks Maintenance, Support & Monitoring

It is an a exciting role that requires a organized and strutured administration expertise, support to project and technical management, and helps the local team to manage different tasks in the right path.

Key Qualifications:

The Senior Office Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the balance of the office management and contributing to the overall success of the company's structure.

The candidate should have the following qualifications:

* You have past experiences in administration/assistant in the areas of helpdesk, finance and operations (preferencial)
* A self-starting person who has a great autonomy and fast learner
* Great knowledge about ERPs softwares and Microsoft Office tools
* Organized, well structured and capacity to manage project priorities
* Excellent office management and attention to detail
* Strong and clear communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* You are fluent in Portuguese and English language (preferential).

Previous experience in Executive Administration/Assistant, Project & Finance Controller or Planning Logistics Management in a corporate environment is a definite advantage.
