/b This is a bremote role, /b where you would be engaged through BGTS and work in an international enterprise environment while contributing to large-scale infrastructure and cloud operations.
/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliEnsure Microsoft 365 services are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements /liliAct as a subject matter expert across the M365 platform (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Power Platform, Intune) /liliPlan and implement initiatives and improvements across the M365 landscape /liliManage user provisioning, groups, and licensing /liliTroubleshoot issues across M365 applications and services /liliMonitor service health, tenant alerts, and Message Center updates /liliMaintain governance and security policies (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Conditional Access, MFA) /liliCollaborate with the Cybersecurity team on Purview and compliance capabilities /liliAutomate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting /liliReview and support adoption of new M365 features and capabilities /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliProven experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment /liliStrong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune /liliExperience with security compliance features (Conditional Access, MFA, Purview) /liliHands-on PowerShell scripting for automation and administration /liliExperience with tenant monitoring, alerts, and operational support /liliAbility to work independently and collaborate with international teams /liliStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills /liliStrong English communication (German not required) /li /ul
