We are growing across multiple markets, and paid media is an important part of how we scale, with the same attention to detail we put into the product.The roleYou will own the ad strategy rollout and performance optimization of a multi channel, multi country paid strategy across 10 plus countries. You will follow the strategy framework, level it up, and make it run with discipline, efficiency, and clear reporting.You will elevate data and KPIs into subjective learnings to help us fine tune our funnel strategy for each region. Guiding audiences, creatives and campaign types for successful campaigns.Your focus will be three thingsRoll out cross platform strategies -Plan, launch, and iterate campaigns across Meta and Google (primarily), with room to expand into You Tube, Linkedin, Tiktok, and other channels as we scale. Align budgets, structure, and messaging by market, and keep execution consistent across countries.Optimise and improve ROI -Run continuous optimisation across audiences, creatives, offers, and funnels. Spot what is limiting performance, suggest changes, and help implement them with the marketing team, from campaign structure to landing page and lead flow improvements.Report, clearly and consistently -Build a reporting cadence that makes performance easy to understand and easy to act on. Track what is working, what is not, and what to do next, weekly. Bring clarity to decision making across countries, channels, and budgets.SkillsRequired4+ years managing PPC, with strong hands on experience in Meta Ads and Google AdsStrong reporting ability through dashboards and subjective insights, not just metricsDesired ExperienceLinkedin ads, Tiktok ads and Youtube adsHigh consideration productsManaging international ad strategiesLead acquisition campaigns and workflowsCurating creatives based on performance and audience behaviourExperience across 10 plus markets, languages, or regional campaign structuresFamiliarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting toolsExperience working with dealers, lead handoff flows, or hybrid sales journeysExperience with Wordpress, CRO and SEOAdvanced knowledge of Google SheetsValued traitsInterest in camping, 4x4, or overlanding, you understand the customer and the product contextHighly organised, comfortable working with a clear task queue and frameworks for prioritisationFlexible and receptive to frequent shifts in priorities, you can adapt plans quickly when the day changesProactive with performance criticalities, you spot early warning indicators, pause, involve the right people, and help drive a fix before small issues become expensive onesComfortable with accountability, you like owning outcomes and iterating until it worksWhat success looks likeYou are someone who shows up with energy for the craft, takes ownership, and keeps learning.
