Technical Customer Service Representative – French Speaking

Office Presence: Porto office visit once every 3 months

In this role, youll go beyond standard customer service by handling technical inquiries, analyzing data, and supporting customers with precision and confidence.
What Youll Do
* Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
* Handle technical and data-related inquiries, including basic SQL checks
* Investigate issues, provide clear explanations, and ensure fast resolution
* Collaborate with technical and internal teams to improve service quality
* Document cases accurately and meet quality & performance KPIs
What Were Looking For
* French: Fluent / Native (C1–C2)
* English: B1–B2 level
* Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks, troubleshooting mindset)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working remotely with digital tools
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory
