E-commerce Manager Job Overview

This role will play a key part in driving online sales for Serenity – The Art of Well Being, an award-winning spa brand within UHM's portfolio.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Serenity, in alignment with overall business objectives and brand standards.
This includes managing the website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional. Responsibilities also include overseeing web development, design, and content updates.
* Curate and organize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing content updates;
* Optimize customer experience throughout the browsing, checkout, and post-purchase process;
* Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on the Serenity Spa website;
* Develop strategies to increase online sales, such as optimizing product pages for search engines and improving conversion rates;
* Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, including shipping carriers.
Skill Requirements:
