Are you passionate about social media and the beauty industry? Our client in Porto is looking for a German-speaking Community Specialist to join the team of one of their top international beauty brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for a well-known and reputable brand within the beauty industry. If you love the Digital and Social Media industry, have experience interacting with consumers, and managing followers, this is a great opportunity for you!
As a Community Specialist fluent in German, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as a brand ambassador, responding to social media conversations (owned, earned) on care and non-care topics across all social media platforms, in 1:1 or 1:many interactions.
* Engaging with consumers to offer meaningful and personalized conversations, fostering loyalty, and driving online sales through excellent experiences (solutions, service, product, beauty advice, etc.).
* Responding to consumers' comments and direct messages.
* Animating and moderating communities on social media channels.
* Redirecting comments and DMs as needed to social managers, brands/markets, or for escalations.
* Securing brand reputation and ensuring the appropriate tone of voice.
* Following up and linking back to consumers to ensure issues are resolved.
* Conducting social listening to identify trends, topics at risk or viral on social channels.
* Reporting and analytics: Monitoring quality issues, reporting on conversations via Sprinklr (owned and earned), contributing to social listening, and generating insights (tribes, main topics, consumer feedback).
Job Requirements:
Who We’re Looking For:
* Social Media Expertise
* Experience managing communities on social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) or producing content with significant followers (1K+ followers).
* Empathy and a high focus on customer satisfaction
* Customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
* Native German language skills
* English knowledge at least B2 (written, spoken, and read)
* Good IT skills, with competence and speed in reporting interactions using relevant tools
* Availability to work on shifts
