We are seeking a forward-facing & true Website Growth Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication skills, with the following capabilities:
* Marketing automation & retargeting campaigns
* Email & other channel automations
* Funnel optimization
* Onsite personalization
* Competitor audience targeting
* Data analytics & reporting
The goals for this position are to:
* Acquire talent profile signups to create free profiles for viewing job details
* Within 3 months, generate over 1K daily user signups from Miami
* Within 4 months, generate over 1K daily user signups from New York
* Achieve over 40% 30-day retention for returning users
* Encourage hiring managers to post jobs
* Within 3 months, generate over 100 job postings monthly
* Within 6 months, generate over 500 job postings monthly
* Within 12 months, generate 1000 job postings monthly
* Ensure 80%+ of jobs receive their first applicant within 3 business days
Required Skills:
* 7+ years of experience growing brands online, demonstrated by previous website results
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Hands-on digital marketing expertise in at least two channels
* Strong copywriting & funnel optimization skills
* Proven ability to use AI effectively to enhance marketing results
* Retention marketing expertise (lifecycle marketing, churn reduction strategies)
* User growth tactics (scalable acquisition strategies for job seekers & hiring managers)
* Competitor & audience targeting (lookalike audiences, traffic tools)
* Creative ideation and strategic planning skills to meet goals
