Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the central Quality, Health & Safety, and Environment (QHSE) department with quality non-conformities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle non-conformities reported by sales affiliates, gather data, and direct these to the responsible plants/departments for investigation.
- Input data regarding non-conformities into SAP.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date SharePoint and SAP databases.
- Create purchase requisitions for equipment and services.
- Assist with internal and external ISO audits and follow-up actions.
- Provide relevant information, instructions, procedures, and documents to departments as needed.
- Motivate internal stakeholders to adhere to internal standards, instructions, and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Resident in Ovar or nearby area.
