We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our In-House Talent Acquisition - IHTA Team.
This means that you will be part of the team that spreads joy and happiness every day within our clients (or not, depending on the perspective we can be a very big pain in the as*) - Damia has been the frontrunner within Portugal or creating RPO/IHTA solutions that not only increases the recruitment capabilities of our clients but also, improves internal processes by leveraging our knowledge of years building tech teams.

About you:
* You must be an awesome person with at least 1 year of experience in tech hiring
* You like to \"source\" candidates
* You are an experienced person in stakeholder management
* You know how to manage an ATS and update it accordingly
* You like speaking with candidates and interacting with them, ensuring that each person gets a personalised experience and feedback
* You need to be ok to work in a hybrid model
* You can communicate in English! You can conduct interviews and manage international stakeholders, explaining complex concepts.
* You are curious to try new stuff
