Or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years post‐related experience.A recognised project management qualification (such as Prince2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Project Management techniques based upon PMI Knowledge area or Agile), and recent extensive experience (at least eight years) in the Project Management of major communication and/or command and control/management information system for a large organisation.
