We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-orientedLegacy Systems QA & Documentation Specialistin Germany to support our international project teams.About the Role In this role, you will support quality assurance and documentation activities in projects involving legacy business systems. You will work with historical systems, create screenshots, review system outputs, compare data, and prepare structured project evidence.This is an important role for ensuring that legacy system data, reports, views, and screens are properly reviewed, documented, and validated during archiving and decommissioning projects.Your Responsibilities Perform QA checks in legacy business systems Create screenshots of system screens, reports, views, and relevant data outputs Compare system outputs with exported or archived data Support data validation and reconciliation activities Review documentation for completeness, consistency, and accuracy Record QA results, screenshots, and findings in project tools such as Jira Follow defined work instructions, access rules, and quality standards Support project managers during legacy system archiving and application retirement projects Escalate inconsistencies, missing information, or unclear results to the responsible project leadYour Profile Experience in QA, software testing, data validation, documentation, or business application support Good understanding of ERP systems, business software, or legacy applications Ability to work carefully with reports, tables, fields, screenshots, and structured data Strong attention to detail and a very accurate working style Good written and spoken English skills Basic understanding of databases, data structures, or reporting systems is an advantage Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, Sage, AS/400, mainframe systems, or other legacy systems is a plus Experience with Jira or other project management tools is an advantage Ability to follow structured instructions and document work clearly Reliable, careful, and confidential handling of customer informationWhat We OfferRemote or hybrid work from Romania International IT and data archiving projects Long-term cooperation Structured onboarding and clear work instructions Work with experienced project managers and technical teams Opportunity to build expertise in legacy system QA, data validation, system documentation, and application retirement A specialized role in a growing international niche marketImportant Note This role is focused onquality assurance, system documentation, screenshot creation, data review, and project evidence preparationin legacy system archiving projects.
