You will be responsible to perform excellent customer support through advanced technical knowledge, proactive maintenance, effective communication, efficient task execution, and collaborative problem-solving to achieve high customer satisfaction. This position is based in the city of Maia in Portugal. ResponsibilitiesExecute assigned support tickets, tasks, and shifts, ensuring fast and effective resolution. Professionally handle customer/guest phone calls during assigned shifts. Resolve complex tickets, collaborating closely with Senior Support or Systems Engineers. Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks following defined guidelines and scripts. Coordinate remote support activities and task execution with field technicians. Execute assigned project tasks and work orders, ensuring timely completion. Remotely coordinate project execution with field technicians and subcontractors. Conduct project handovers, including the preparation of the final technical report. Ensure full compliance with Technical Consultancy and company processes. Must HaveTechnical Course or Diploma in Networks, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Fluency in French and English. Understanding of network protocols. Experience in network and telecommunication systems. Availability to work in shifts. Nice to HavePrevious experience in the hospitality industry.
