Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This role involves managing day-to-day company operations, including handling administrative tasks such as accounting, HR, logistics, etc. You will assist with venue communication, liaising with venues to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and coordinate event logistics.

You will collaborate with the event production team to gather venue requirements, ensuring all event needs are met and exceeding client expectations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to utilize your organizational and multitasking skills.

* Responsibilities include managing office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Assist senior management as needed with various administrative tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with:

* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the event production industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, venues, and vendors.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
* A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English.
