Provide master data input to new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes, and production ramp-up projects.
Support finance and controlling teams with cost center structures, product costing data, and reporting accuracy.
Data Quality and Continuous Improvement:
Perform periodic data quality checks, validations, and request corrections to Global Master Data to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance.
Propose initiatives to improve master data processes, including simplification, automation, and standardization of workflows and discuss/align proposals with Head of Master Data from CPBC.
Prepare local reports and KPIs related to master data quality, change lead times, and error rates.
System and Process Support:
Support data-related configuration or testing during ERP (Oracle E1) or MES enhancements, rollouts, or integrations.
Document master data processes and maintain up-to-date work instructions and SOPs for the site.
Identify opportunities for digitalization and self-service data requests to reduce manual handling.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the Global Master Data Team in Poland to ensure proper execution of global processes.
Collaborate with site functional teams to anticipate master data needs for projects, changes, and new equipment introductions.
Participate in cross-site master data forums and knowledge-sharing sessions to harmonize practices.
Act as the local ambassador for data accuracy, raising awareness across functions.
Essential Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in master data management or data governance roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Certifications: Data Management or Lean Six Sigma certifications are an advantage.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and geographies.
Ability to interpret and apply global data standards in local context.
