You'll work closely with engineering, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure releases are predictable, well-communicated, and low-risk — even in a fast-moving, agile environment.You'll own the release calendar, coordinate end-to-end release activities, and play a key role in ensuring our software reaches production smoothly and on time.What you'll be doing:Own and maintain the release calendar, aligning delivery across multiple teamsCoordinate end-to-end release activities from development through to productionLead release readiness reviews, approvals, and go/no-go decisionsEnsure accurate versioning, tagging, and release documentationAct as a key communication link between engineering, QA, product, and operationsSupport continuous improvement of release and deployment processesWhat we're looking for:2+ years' experience in Release Management, DevOps, QA, Application Support, or Software DeliveryBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)Certifications such as ITIL, SAFe Agilist, PMP, or DevOps certifications are a plusTechnical & process skills:Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with release, change, and incident management processes (ITIL preferred)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesWorking knowledge of Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab)Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWSTools & technologies:CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CIProject tracking tools like Jira or Azure BoardsCollaboration and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Slack)Basic knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (e.g. ElasticSearch, CloudWatch, Grafana)What makes you a great fit:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable managing multiple releases in parallelCalm and decisive under pressure, especially during production releasesA proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindsetWhy Inspera?
