About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least one year of experience in retail management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer literacy.
* A sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
* Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
* Physical stamina to stand during scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
* Capacity to operate a POS system efficiently.
