Customer Operations Specialist wanted
Principais responsabilidades
Our client is looking to strengthen its team with a customer-oriented, dynamic professional with experience in order management and operational coordination.
Manage the full order lifecycle, from reception to final delivery and setup.
Validate orders, process changes, and maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and distributors.
Coordinate information across logistics, production, project teams, and quality departments to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor deadlines, anticipate potential delays, and communicate updated delivery forecasts proactively.
Prepare all required documentation related to shipments and on-site deployment activities.
Support commercial teams in the execution of projects, proposals, and customer requests.
Manage the backlog efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of pending tasks.
Participate in daily team meetings and provide performance updates to management.
Perfil desejado
Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or similar roles (preferably in an industrial environment).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset, teamwork spirit, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Knowledge of English, French and/or German.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
