Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, SQL).
* Integrate and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
* Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions.
* Implement and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and data models in accordance with best practices.
* Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of data processing in Azure/AWS/GCP environments.
* Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance across all data systems.
You'll be a great match if you have:
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
* Proven experience with Databricks (workspaces, clusters, notebooks, Delta Lake).
* Strong proficiency in Python and SQL .
* Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, ADF, or similar).
* Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing .
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
