We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a growing business in the Luxury Real Estate sector in Madeira.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with international clients, and is looking to grow within a high-performance, results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing schedules, appointments, and property viewings
• Communicating with national and international clients
• Handling client follow-ups and lead management
• Preparing and organizing documentation and contracts
• Supporting property listings and online promotion
• Coordinating with lawyers, banks, and business partners
• Providing general administrative and commercial support
Candidate Profile:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with digital tools (email, Excel, CRM, online platforms)
• Interest in real estate and willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
• Additional languages (French, German, etc.)
• Experience in administrative, sales, or real estate roles
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing / social media
• Results-oriented mindset
