What Are We Looking For?
* Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;
* Scrum Master certified;
* Experience with Agile Practices related to Software Engineering including Automated Testing techniques, Continuous;
* Integration & Continuous Deployment and Test Driven Development;
* Experience in development (valued);
* English proficiency should be at least C1 level.
What Will You Do?
* Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management;
* Understand product planning in a given environment;
* Ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value;
* Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related;
* Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best;
* Responsible for maintaining Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);
* Responsible for Agile Estimating & Planning;
* Responsible for Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.
