Improve Digital Integrity
As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in protecting users and upholding platform integrity. You will review user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and assess content across the platform to verify alignment with company policies, community standards, and applicable laws
* Analyze user submissions—including product listings and posts—with accuracy, fairness, and cultural awareness
* Maintain a high standard of quality and contribute to platform safety across all user interactions
* Navigate changing priorities and policy updates while adhering strictly to established workflows and moderation protocols
* Flag and escalate complex or sensitive content according to internal escalation procedures
* Keep up to date with evolving moderation best practices, product changes, and industry standards
Requirements:
* Proficiency in French (C1/C2 level)
* Proficiency in English (B2 level)
* EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
* At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
* Desire to learn and advance in the field
