Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the executive calendar, travel coordination, and business correspondence with precision.
* Manage daily logistics, including transportation, task coordination, and running errands, to ensure operational efficiency.
* Anticipate and adapt to shifting priorities across professional commitments and occasional offsite responsibilities.
* Support routine administrative tasks, including scheduling and coordination for high-energy, dynamic environments.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while contributing to streamlined operations across various settings.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to quickly master routines and anticipate needs.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record (reliable vehicle preferred).
* Proficient English (written and spoken) is non-negotiable due to the role's communication demands.
* Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional, adaptable demeanor.
* Availability for a full-time service contract of 40 hours per week.
* Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor in Portugal.
