Senior Payroll Specialist Job Title
This role is responsible for the full payroll cycle of an international organization using SAP.
The successful candidate will support the entire payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accurate payslips and compliance with legal requirements.
* Routine payroll tasks include running the monthly payroll cycle, validating results, processing payroll inputs, and preparing payroll files and reports.
* The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and supporting employees with payroll-related queries.
* Collaboration with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders is essential for this role.
About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll inputs including absences, overtime, bonuses, deductions, terminations, leave, etc.
* Prepare payroll files, reconciliations, and reports for Finance.
* Support employees with payroll-related questions and resolve issues timely.
* Ensure legal compliance and support statutory reporting.
* Run the monthly payroll cycle and validate results ensuring accurate payslips.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of financial principles and regulations.
