We are now looking for an HR Admin - German Speaker for Airbus GBS in Lisbon.


Responsibilities - your mission

You will be supporting the Reward Operations department. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Administering and securing PA / time related service requests
2. Collecting timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information in the system
3. Entering data into SAP or Workday and managing requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, etc.) in Workday
4. Maintaining accurate records of documentation and transactions
5. Responding to PA / Time related inquiries and resolving concerns
6. Ensuring the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive, and Workday processes
7. Monitoring RPA performance for existing applications


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

* Fluency in English and German
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Versatility to work with different technical tools
* Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
* Results-oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative
* A ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Excellent interpersonal skills, being well organized and flexible
