Controlling Manager
for a client located in

Major responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
* Develops budgets, forecasts, and financial models;
* Analyzes financial performance and provides strategic insights.
* Compiles for the legal entity the plan information coming from product lines and operations on P/L & BS.
Reporting and Compliance:
* MEC (Month End Close) Prepares accurate monthly financial statements and reports
* Ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Internal Controls and Risk Management:
* Implements and monitors internal control systems for SOX compliance
* Identifies financial risks and proposes mitigation strategies
Cost Control and Efficiency:
* Oversees cost management initiatives
* Identifies opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reduce waste.
Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
* Cash flow / treasury forecasting and banking relationships;
* Ensures optimal use of financial resources;
* Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable analysis.
Audit Coordination:
* Coordinates internal audits;
* Ensures timely resolution of audit findings.
Strategic Support:
* Acts as a business partner to senior management;
* Supports strategic initiatives with financial analysis and scenario planning.
Tax:
* Supervise Non local tax returns
* Prepare tax stream
* Prepare the detailed file for the transfer pricing health check and final review
Requirements:
* An academic degree in Management, Economics, Finance or similar financial/analytical fields of studies;
* Between 8 to 10 years of experience in Controlling and Financial areas;
* Experience working with SAP;
* Experience in industry;
* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
