About this Industrial Automation Specialist
This role involves the deployment and improvement of automatic systems, ensuring their reliability and proper functioning. As an Industrial Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for programming logic controllers, participating in 8D activities, creating security routines, and collaborating with the team to maintain production and ensure compliance with HSE rules.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Deploying and improving pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and other systems
* Controlling their effective operation and performing follow-up
* Programming logic controllers and ensuring proper functioning
* Participating in 8D related to the area
* Creating and implementing security routines to guarantee equipment backups
* Providing support for maintaining production, assessing intervention efficiency, and ensuring follow-up
* Collaborating in preventive/curative maintenance of equipment and participating in constructing new equipment
* Following up on the reception of new equipment
* Ensuring full compliance with HSE rules and legislation
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical (automation), Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics, and minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment. You should also have good knowledge of lean manufacturing and industrial equipment, as well as skills in technical project management, teamwork, and ability to work in a matrix environment.
