Operational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementRegularlyassess training effectiveness, usingoversight visit trends, site inspection data, and operational feedbackto refine programs.Build business cases andROI justificationsfor training initiatives, ensuring efficient resource utilization.Oversee the implementation oftechnology-driven training solutionsto improve accessibility, engagement, and performance.By integratingoversight visit trends, site inspections, and performance analysis, this role ensurestraining programs remain proactive, impactful, and aligned with operational success.QualificationsQualifications & ExperienceMin Bachelor's degree (Master's, Ph D, MBA is highly preferred) in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline) and fluency in English.Min 8+ years of experience in training development, leadership, or learning & development within the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or healthcare industry.Strong background intraining content development and delivery, with expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.Experience in managing andmentoring training teamsthat deliver training to operational teams.Demonstrated ability to ensure that monitoring teams achieverelevant performance metricsthrough effective training programs.Priorcustomer-facing experience, with a proven track record of engaging with clients, responding to feedback, and aligning training strategies with customer needs.Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.Experience working inglobal and regional roles, managing geographically dispersed teams.Familiarity with quality management, site inspections, audits, and compliance oversight.Experience working inFunctional Service Provider (FSP) modelsand collaborating with external partners or customers.Proven ability to assess training effectiveness usingdata-driven insights, site inspection findings, and oversight visit trends.Prior experience withtechnology-driven training solutions(e-learning platforms, LMS, virtual training tools, etc.).Training & Development Expertise:Strong knowledge of instructional design, content development, and training facilitation for diverse teams.Strategic Leadership:Ability to develop and implement global training frameworks aligned with business and compliance goals.Performance Monitoring & Metrics:Skilled in ensuring that monitoring teams meet key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective training.Customer & Stakeholder Management:Prior experience in client-facing roles, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Global & Regional Management:Ability to manage aglobally dispersed teamCollaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:Experience working with Clinical Operations, Quality, Project Management, and Customer Teams.Change Management & Continuous Improvement:Ability to drive training initiatives that support process improvements and operational excellence.Project & Resource Management:Capable of overseeing multiple training initiatives, managing resources effectively, and ensuring timely execution.Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:Skilled in identifying training gaps, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.Adaptability & Industry Awareness:Stay updated with regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging trends in training and clinical research.
